This shipping policy applies to all orders placed with Nunes Enterprise for shipping containers. We are committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery services throughout the United States.
Standard delivery takes between 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location, container availability, and seasonal demand. We offer expedited delivery options for urgent needs, subject to availability and additional charges. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are processed the same business day.
We deliver shipping containers to all 50 states in the United States. Our nationwide network ensures reliable service whether you are located in major metropolitan areas or rural locations. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii requires special arrangements and may incur additional charges and extended delivery times. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Delivery charges are calculated based on distance from our nearest depot, container size, and delivery location accessibility. Local delivery within 50 miles starts at $150 for standard containers. Regional delivery between 50-150 miles ranges from $350 to $600. Long-distance delivery over 150 miles requires a custom quote. All delivery quotes are provided upfront with no hidden fees.
Customers must ensure the delivery site has adequate space for truck access, requiring at least 100 feet of straight clearance and 10 feet width. The ground must be level and firm enough to support the container weight. No overhead obstacles below 15 feet including power lines or tree branches. Someone 18 years or older must be present to accept delivery and direct container placement.
We use specialized equipment appropriate for your site conditions. Standard delivery uses tilt-bed trucks that roll containers off onto the ground. Crane delivery is available for sites with limited access or placement over obstacles. All deliveries are performed by trained professionals with proper equipment and insurance.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive tracking information via email and SMS. Our delivery team will contact you 24 hours before delivery to confirm the appointment. On delivery day, the driver will call approximately one hour before arrival.
Proper site preparation is the customer responsibility. We recommend placing containers on blocks, railroad ties, or a gravel pad to ensure proper drainage and prevent ground moisture. The placement area should be cleared of debris and vegetation. We can provide site preparation guidance upon request.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery if site conditions are unsafe or do not meet minimum requirements. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer site issues, redelivery fees will apply. Weather conditions may cause delays for safety reasons.
